Dave Burak rejoins Culinaire as Operations Manager for the Belo Mansion and Pavilion. For over five years, he formerly enjoyed working for Culinaire as the Food and Beverage Director at the Embassy Suites Market Center. His hospitality career spans over 20 years and he has overseen successful restaurant and catering operations in properties for Starwood, Hilton, Intercontinental Hotels Group, Interstate and Bristol Hotels and Resorts. During his career, he’s had the privilege of entertaining royalty, Heads of State, celebrities and even US Presidents. Immediately prior to returning to Culinaire, Dave held the position of Food and Beverage Director at Club Corp’s Oakmont Country Club where he enjoyed building relationships with members but could never fix his slice.
A native of New Jersey (Exit 136), Dave relocated to Texas in 1998 and has come to love most things Texas but still cheers for his beloved New York Football Giants. Dave is happily married to his wife, Kimberly, and is a devoted father to his two teenage children, Joseph and Anastasia, and his faithful pup Zoe.
